Some Combination of JEG asking about books and L>T suggesting short stories bought to the front of my mind one of my favourite books ever: "Short Short Stories" by Dave Eggers. It is a recently released collation of stories, each of which is two pages or less in length. A lot of the stories were published originally by The Guardian, which has kept a comprehensive archive of Eggers' short fiction (here) I have picked out a random sample of stories for this post; each story paints a beautiful portrait of somebody human, and I would urge everybody to read at least a couple of them.
