I love Wikipedia. The only problem I have is that it's utterly addictive. I'll sit down to read about something useful to my work, then half an hour later I'll wake up and find out that I've just been clicking random links and am now actually reading about the logistics of supplying troops with ammo in the Korean war; or the biography of the founder of the boy scouts; or the mating habits of the komodo dragon... You get the idea. Wikipedia is an absolute black hole for time but it is full of the most interesting stuff ever!
here are a few great things I've stumbled over:
Gay Bomb. A potential non-lethal chemical weapon, which a U.S. Air Force research laboratory speculated about producing, that could be dropped on enemy troops to cause "homosexual behaviour".
Tomacco. The Simpsons come to life
Fan Death. Many people in South Korea believe that, when operated in closed rooms, electric fans do not bring heat relief but sudden death, suffocating victims by stealing their oxygen.
Nils Olav. Hahahahaha! Oh my.
