Jim1's most recent post reminded me of some similar anamorphic illusions I have sitting on my hard drive. The following images are all of chalk drawings on the ground, which create incredible three dimensional illusions when viewed from the correct angle:
I have no idea who the artist is or where the pictures originally came from but I would like to find out. A similar artist who creates similar pieces is Julian Beevers. Three pictures that caught my eye in particular are his globe (globe with wrong view), swimming pool (swimming pool with wrong view),and most spectacularly batman!
